Title: A Wonderful Family Retreat

My children wanted more kid-friendly entertainment options at the hotel, such as a dedicated play area.

Breakfast was good if you went looking for it, they only put out a basic continental breakfast, you had to go to a certain area in restaurant where you would find ceareals, yoghurts, cold meets, cheese etc etc. Very strange they did not tell you about it

the staff were incredibly helpful and made our stay comfortable. they even changed our room to be closer to the others we booked. the rooms were modern, clean, and quiet, and we were pleasantly surprised to have balconies. would highly recommend to family and friends.

It was a family trip so we booked a triple and a double (we were given rooms on the top floor) and both rooms were very spacious and clean. Also the bathroom has modern amenities and such a hot and strong water pressure. And the view is fantastic!

Proximity to the grotto, bilingual receptionists, breakfast served.

The value for money at the hotel was great, with a clean and comfortable room. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the sanctuary and main attractions. The staff were efficient, helpful, and provided a lot of useful information for my visit.

We like the location. It is walking distance to the entrance of the Grotto but in a quiet street. The room is big as well as the toilet and bath. .The room is bright . The staff are very helpful, always with a smile and can speak English. We also liked the breakfast.

It is okay to have a separate toilet from the shower but would prefer to have faucet in the toilet for washing hands.

Oh my, let me tell you about our room at Helgon Hotel! It was so spacious and had the most incredible views of the courtyard. We felt like we were in our own little oasis. And the best part? The room had air conditioning and free WiFi. It was perfect for our family with two small kids. We could relax in comfort and stay connected with our loved ones back home.

I have to admit, though, there was one thing that we didn't particularly enjoy. The soundproofing of the room wasn't the best.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them, all spoke english, and they went out out their way to help us.

My stay at Helgon Hotel was fantastic! The receptionist went above and beyond to help me print my forgotten Eurostar tickets at a nearby internet cafe. The location was perfect and easy to find. The room was clean and the furniture was good. The restaurant, while average, was better than other hotels in Lourdes. Breakfast had flexible times and the hotel was not far from the Grotto. I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Lourdes.

I liked the very friendly nature of the staff and the location to the Shrine. But i would appreciate a coffee/tea making machine in each room because the climate is cold and wet and i definately did not want to go to a restaurtant for a hot cup of coffee at 5.30 am or at 11.30 pm after the candlelight procession, otherwise full marks to your hotel. If we come again to Lourdes we will definately stay at the Helgon with the hope of making some hot coffee/tea/soup in our room at our convenience!!!,

This hotel is located in a peaceful area, yet surprisingly close to the center of town and the Shrine. The rooms are well maintained, comfortable and come with modern bathrooms. The service is exceptional, staff are extremely responsive and accommodating. The sumptuous breakfast served in the morning is unforgettable. The hotel also boasts outstanding facilities, from free wifi to reasonably priced parking arrangements. It's a perfect place for a relaxing stay, with easy access to shops and restaurants.

The check-in process can be slightly inconvenient, with guests having to follow strict instructions regarding check-in timings.

Nice and clean hotel and 5min walk to the Grotto, but it is in quiet road, no noise. Best for anyone to lelax and good night sleep. Also their 7 Euro buffet breakfast is good and value for money in that area.
